Ida is a multi-award winning Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor with a passion for wealth management and helping clients achieve their goals and successfully transition through various life stages. For over 22 years, Ida has worked closely with Institutions, Family Offices, wealthy entrepreneurs and high net worth families building trusted relationships and delivering a high level of holistic wealth management services. Using her knowledge and experience, combined with a team of in-house specialists including tax, estate, insurance and retirement planners, Ida is able to help chart a path towards financial security. Ida’s beliefs include the importance of capital preservation, tax minimization, retirement planning, and investing using a risk reward-oriented approach including alternative strategies.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto with specialization in Finance and major in Economics, Ida joined a prominent Canadian asset manager where she was involved in all aspects of business development including investment advisory services. In 2013, Ida transitioned her practice to Richardson Wealth (formerly Richardson GMP) where she launched Khajadourian Wealth Management. Ida obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Advisor (CAIA) designation in 2005 and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) in 2016.
Andrea is an Employee Learning and Development professional with two years of experience who is passionate about using her skills to implement innovative and pioneering HR initiatives to drive a culture of professional development. Her strengths lay in people and relationship management, critical thinking and delivering behaviour change projects with an innovative twist. She has been responsible for introducing compliance learning tailored to our significantly diverse employee base of over 12,000 and using her skills to create engagement for and roll out of 'Altogether Autism & Neurodiversity awareness programme at The Warehouse Group. She has shifted the way our team engages with learning, cultivating a continuous learning and development culture specific to their journey.
